The agreement between you and Possible Finance covering use of the site and the application process. Your loan agreement, if you take one, sits on top of this and takes precedence.
By using this site or submitting an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 — 19 in Alabama and Nebraska — and a resident of a state in which we hold a licence.
These terms govern your use of the website, the mobile application and the application process. They are not your loan agreement. If you are approved and accept an offer, a separate credit agreement sets out the amount, the fee, the schedule and your rights as a borrower, and where the two conflict, the credit agreement wins.
You agree that the information you provide is true, complete and yours to give. Applying with another person’s identity or financial details is fraud, and we report it.
You authorise us to verify what you submit, including by obtaining a read-only view of the checking account you nominate and by using identity verification services.
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures and notices electronically, and you agree that an electronic signature has the same effect as one on paper. You may withdraw this consent, but doing so means we cannot continue to offer the service, since it operates entirely online.
You are responsible for keeping a working email address on file.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms.
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit. Rates, amounts, terms and examples shown — including anything produced by the loan calculator — are illustrative. An offer exists only when it is presented to you in writing after review, and only until it expires.
We charge no fee to apply and no fee to check your rate. Where a loan is issued, the flat fee and the payment schedule are disclosed before you accept. Late fees, where permitted by your state, are set out in the credit agreement.
You authorise recurring debits from the account you nominate, in the amounts and on the dates in the schedule, until the balance is cleared. Authorisation may be revoked as described in the credit agreement.
The site, its content, design and software are owned by Possible Finance or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell any part of the service.
We link to sites we do not control and rely on providers we do not own. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data once you are dealing with them directly.
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited, and several states do not permit some of these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the loan is made, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any arbitration provision, class-action waiver or jury-trial waiver — along with the process for opting out of it — appears in the credit agreement rather than here, and you should read it before you accept an offer.
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a revised effective date and, where we hold an address for you, notified by email. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
